During my time at TRIXMEDIA I quickly moved ranks from basic Graphic Design, to Project Manager, and finally as Lead Marketing Designer. I have utilized my skills in sales to create new client opportunities and add projects to existing clients based on their needs. I have designed marketing and branding materials for various clients and took a large part in online marketing, working with social media, bloggers and SEO. As a Lead Marketing Designer I was able to create new marketing strategies and was also responsible for delegating larger task to team of seven designers and two content writers, all aside one were at our abroad office. Clear and positive communication was essential.

In order to learn in the real world I began to freelance as Graphic Design while still attending University. This means of self-improvement and education became a full time income, I have chosen to transition to freelance because of the flexible schedule and the arrival of our last baby. My past experience prepared me to be my own boss, to find and manage new clients, and create work I can be proud of. This experience has taught me a lot more about self-promotion and accountability. It also taught me how much I miss working with a team and a collaborative environment. I created branding and marketing materials for my clients, did market and target audience research, created marketing strategies and analyzed its effects.
